As for the skin tone, I originally tried painting him as pale as he should be, but it just didn't translate very well to sculpt form. I might give it another shot later.

Eleventh Doctor Finished
Well here's the finished and painted sculpt. I think it turned out fairly well, but as always I see stuff I should have done a little differently...
